  • What are your delivery times in Morocco?

    Casablanca, Rabat, Mohammedia: 24-48 business hours. Other cities: 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm Casablanca time, Monday to Thursday, ship the same day.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash on delivery (COD) anywhere in Morocco, or WhatsApp confirmation with bank transfer or Maroc Telecom Cash. No card data is stored on the site.

  • Is delivery free?

    Yes, on orders above 249 MAD. Below that, shipping is 30 MAD anywhere in Morocco.

  • How long do your spices keep?

    Every pouch is dated. Signature blends: 18 months from bagging. Single spices: 24 months. Keep dry and away from light. We work just-in-time, so you receive spices bagged within the last 60 days.

  • Are your products halal?

    Yes, 100% of our spices and blends are halal. We never work with pork or alcohol-derived ingredients.

  • Are your products gluten-free?

    Several of our spices and blends are naturally gluten-free — look for the “Gluten-free” badge on the product page. If you have a severe allergy, always check the label and contact us if in doubt.

  • Do your products contain additives or preservatives?

    No. No colorants, flavor enhancers (E621/E635), preservatives or chemical anti-caking agents. Only pure spices and natural blends — see the exact ingredient list on each product page.

  • Can I exchange or return a product?

    For food products, returns are legally only possible in case of defect (damaged pouch, wrong product, expired item). Contact us within 48h of receipt with photos via WhatsApp or contact@pepironi-epices.com.

  • Do you offer a Pro / professional rate?

    Yes. Our Pepironi Pro offer is for restaurants, caterers, grocers and hotels. Tiered pricing from 1kg, pro packaging, VAT-inclusive invoicing. Dedicated page: Pepironi Pro.

  • Is my personal data protected?

    Yes. No banking data is stored. Your delivery details are encrypted in the database and used only to process your orders. We never resell data to third parties.
