Rates
✦ FREE delivery from 249 MAD spent. Below that: 20 MAD in Casablanca and 30 MAD everywhere else in Morocco.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier directly in cash on receipt of the parcel. No upfront payment, no card required. For orders over 1000 MAD, we will call to confirm.
Order tracking
Once your order is validated, you receive a confirmation email (if you provided one) with your order number in the format PEP-XXXXXX.
If you created an account, track your orders anytime on My account. Otherwise, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Order statuses
- Pending — your order is received, we will call to confirm
- Confirmed — your order is being prepared
- Shipped — your order is with the courier
- Delivered — you have received your order
